Granisetron is an anti-nauseant and an antiemetic agent with an Indazole derivative.
It belongs to Serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonists. It works fast within 30 minutes of intake of the medicine.
The medicine does not tolerate alcoholic conditions, it worsens constipation.
It is a white to off-white solid and soluble in water and normal saline at 20 degrees centigrade.

It is a clear orange colored and flavored solution oral solution and the tablet is a white triangular biconvex shaped
film-coated debossed as K1 on the front side.
Keep it away from light and store it at controlled room temperature.
